Healing Coaching: 8 Tips to protect yourself from negative energies

Believe it or not, everyone can be affected by negative energies. The More these energies are strong, the more they affect your life. Many people think that we must constantly protect ourselves from bad energies. Personally, I do not think this is the case. I think that when we’re really ourself and that we have a purpose in life, these negative energies will not pursue you and won’t be in your path. These negative energy will be countered by a positive attitude. I think that we should not worry about the negative energies. We must know they are there but they should not be a part of your life.

Healing Coaching: 8 Tips to protect yourself from negative energies:

1. Don’t feed your negative thoughts.

Negative energy feeds itself from pessimistic thoughts of people like parasites. We can enter in communion with the universe to generate energy, while negative energies can’t. They need to be fed to spread. The more you worry about bad energy, the greater their impact will be. Don’t focus on these energies, just know they are there but don’t think about them.

2. Learn how to regain your strength.

We are sometimes toxic, wich means that we all travel with our share of bad energy. But it’s possible to find your strenght back, the one that the negative energy exhausted.

3. Focus.

If you start losing your focus or start feeling confused, you become subject to negative energies. If we don’t control our minds, we end up being controlled despite ourselves. Focus on what is positive in your life. Always focus on the positive.

4. Be aware of media influence.

We are influenced by what we see on the net and on television. If you want to connect with the energy of the universe, you need to be selective in what you allow to enter your mind.

5. Acknowledge your weaknesses.

We all have our weaknesses. Some of these weaknesses are associated to our way of thinking, our emotions, our fears and our social relationships. These weaknesses represent a crossing point for negative energies.

6. Avoid stagnant energy.

If your energy stagnates, it paralyzes you. If you want to be happy and healthy, you should not let your energy stagnate and harden. We must constantly shake ourself up so that positive energies can penetrate in us. You can also bring these energies to stagnate by focusing continually on non-essential issues. This will only clutter your mind.

7. Be a source, not a receiver.

Do your best to be a source of light instead of absorbing all the energies around you. If you select what you allow to penetrate through you, you can be a source of life and have total control over your mind.

8. Think positively.

The more you have positive thoughts, you are less likely to absorb negative energies. Think about the good things in life and forget what weighs on you. You can decide to keep negative energy away from you. This is your responsibility.
