Life Coaching: 4 techniques to exploit the magnificent power of your subconscious

The term subconscious that you must have read many times during your reading is not unknown to you. I suggest you spend a few minutes reading this article in which I help you discover what you need to know about the subconscious mind.

You have absolutely no awareness of the existence of the subconscious mind, without you noticing, the subconscious works, records and stores any good or bad experiences that you go through in your life. It will then be partially programmed by these experiences and knowledge gained in daily life. The information stored in the subconscious will form the basis of your belief system; and it is this system that will determine your habits, the way you lead your life. From there, it’s easy to understand that according to their nature (positive or negative), the stored information will prove to be helpful for you or otherwise highly destructive.

For example ugliness is a negative mental programming that will attract you loneliness, rejection by others. On the other hand, Blooming is a positive programming that will draw you a successful social life and success in relationships. To go from solitude to social success, you must change the programming of your subconscious mind and replace the ugliness programming by a blooming programming. This change in your programming will allow you to use the full potential of your subconscious to work to your advantage and help you achieve your goals. Your success in life regardless of the intended field (professional, family, sentimental …) depends on 99% of the quality of your mental programming.

reprogramming techniques are relatively numerous. Here are 4 techniques to exploit the magnificent power of your subconscious:

1- Creative visualization:

Every night before going to bed, take 5 minutes to visualize your goals and ambitions; Imagine you have achieved them and feel the emotions you will experience at that moment as if you were there. This simple and easy exercise is particularly effective in eliminating negative emotions that block the road towards your goals. The time that precedes sleep is the ideal moment since this is the time when the mind is most willing to integrate new information; they will then do their work overnight.

2- Positive affirmations:

Every morning upon awakening, repeat to yourself these statements with an enthusiastic, confident and passionate tone: “I am successful”, “I am a leader”, “I am an extraordinary persone” … Let your imagination find the statements that fit your personal situation. The key is to affirm with strength and conviction because that is the way your brain will record information and your subconscious mind will be reprogrammed.

3- Subliminal Programming:

Book 10 to 20 minutes every day to watch and listen to subliminal videos or audio tapes. They are very easy to find. Make sure however to address a manufacturer whose reputation is well established so you don’t get ripped off, and so you don’t fall on dangerous messages, then it’s your subconscious that will be reprogrammed.

Subliminal messages can positively transform your life as long as you listen to them regularly. They are very easy to listen to since they are portable: you can listen to them while driving, for example, or while working.

4-The creation of a positive environment:

Find a place where you go regularly (your office or the room where you study); Decorate it with positive and motivating posters; the more you put in, the more you eliminate negative thoughts and your subconscious will incorporate these positive thoughts. Your subconscious will identify the positive thoughts displayed on the posters and very soon you will collect the fruits of this change. Apply these few simple techniques and positive changes will occur in your life.
